Police officers cleared of mis
A pair of Amherst police officers have been cleared of allegations of misconduct following an eight-month investigation.
The allegations were made by a 51-year-old Amherst man, Patrick Thomas Hawco, last year after his conviction on a number of fraud and theft related charges.
