Kidnapper cop fired
A former Montreal cop who used a fake arrest warrant to kidnap a 19-year-old woman has been officially fired by the police ethics committee.
Richard Kilsdonk had already been sentenced to two years less a day to be served in the community.
He pleaded guilty in May of '06.
The committee says under the Police Act, Kilsdonk's criminal file automatically makes him unfit to be a policeman.

Wrens Police Officer Fired
Wrens, GA -- A former Wrens Police officer is off the job, now.
Wrens Police Chief David Hannah tells WJBF-TV News Channel 6 that officer Darrien Cato was fired earlier this month for gross misconduct.
Chief Hannah would not say why Cato was fired. The officer had 10 days to appeal the decision, but chose not to.
Cato had been with the department for about 2 years.
