The federal anti-corruption watchdog is investigating allegations of federal agents presenting questionable evidence in court cases.

The Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity was set up in December last year to investigate corruption allegations against Australian Federal Police officers and Australian Crime Commission agents.

The allegations cast doubt over the accuracy and completeness of evidence presented before the courts.

Other matters related to the importation and trafficking of illicit drugs.
