have just read with interest the article on the increase in the use of video's and the internet to post video footage of what appear to be police misconduct.
The question I ask myself is if a person has been mistreated by the police and has evidence why would they want to use it in such a way rather than making a complaint and using the video evidence to seek justice.
There are many reasons I can think of on both sides I just wonder how other members feel ?
